Match Report
Yarm School Boys-U12A vs  Scarborough College
On: Saturday, 11 Mar 2017
Venue: Away

The u12A's had a tough away fixture against Scarborough College u13A team. Missing some key players it was still a strong side that would face the home side. Scarborough scored within 30 seconds and Yarm heads went down early on. Some good stick skills from Dan Walters meant that Yarm did create chances and made some great strikes from the top of the D, but the Scarborough goal keeper was making some excellent saves. Eventually Yarm put away a short corner with a hard hit from Casper Grylls that was too powerful and accurate for the goalkeeper to keep out. A tiring end to the game and the final whistle went with Yarm coming off second best; the final score being Scarborough College 5 – 2 Yarm. A good effort from the boys and they should go into the county cup tournament on Monday 20th March very confident indeed!
